Why should you drink an Antioxidant Smoothie?

Why do you even need antioxidants?

Everything you do, even exercise, creates free radicals and does oxidative damage to your body.  Antioxidants help by tying up the free radicals.  Free radicals are tied to such things as macular degeneration, diabetes, strokes and cancers.

Antioxidant Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana, Chopped
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Creme Muscle Milk Lite Protein Powder

Blend this antioxidant smoothie until it is smooth.

    great smoothies girls! but there is alot of crap in those protein powders.. better to put in desicated cocanut or almonds.. natural and probs tastes better 🙂 love ur videos your so inspiring
