Here are the ingredients that go into the shake:

  • 8-16oz Water
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes
  • 4 tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Mix (Very Green)
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp Maca Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Raw Cocao Powder
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced Mango
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  1. why would you need strawberries , mangos and berries…
    if you already get everything from maca , cocao…etc.
    maybe you should put a little Goij berries and thats it.
    or you put them just for taste?

  6. Yeah, but meat tastes amazing and animal proteins (as part of a balanced diet containing vegetables, fruit and other proteins) are easier to digest and assimilate than vegetable proteins.

    frecken awesome man.. you could also substitute the water for coconut. cut open a drinking coconut, and put it into the blender.. makes for a great post workout refresher/hydrator. the coconut meat is also great in fats, anti viral, bacterial stuff too..
