How do I make a good fruit smoothie, similar to Jamba Juice?

I like Jamba Juice smoothies, but they’re not worth spending on.

How do they make their typical smoothies and what’s a good recipe to make a quality fruit smoothie for breakfast?

    – 1 Banana
    – 1/2 Cup Strawberries
    – 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
    – 1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
    – 3 Ice Cubes
    – 4-5 Almonds

    It tastes so good!

  2. they use sherbert in theirs which i don’t reccomend for breakfast..i use apple juice, bananas, half a container of banana/strawberry yogurt, whey protein powder and ice…fills me up til lunch….
