I don’t have many ingredient’s good for making smoothie’s. I have strawberries, frozen pineapples, milk, and low-fat, plain yogurt. Any good recipe’s for creamy and thick smoothies?
Today I made a smoothie with some yogurt, milk, strawberries, and some frozen pineapple. It was good, but I was wondering, how many part’s milk/juice, and how many parts yogurt and fruit should a smoothie be to be nice and creamy?

  1. To make a smoothie creamier, you would want to add more yogurt. You could also add some vanilla ice cream if you have it.

    Another trick or to that helps make a smoothie creamy is to add vanilla pudding mix (1 tbsp), some MetRx vanilla meal replacement powder (2 tbsp), or even more ice cubes.

    Of course, it will also make a smoothie creamier if you blend the fruit longer on high prior to adding the yogurt, pudding mix, MetRx or ice cubes. This will make a smoothie smoother by breaking down the finerous material in the strawberries more.
