Who doesn’t love a good Frozen Watermelon Drink?
OK. Maybe this isn’t really frozen, but it sure looks good! On top of that, I love Rita’s accent.
I don’t know about you guys, but for me there is nothing that spells summer like watermelon. Bundling the sweet goodness of watermelon into a watermelon drink just sounds mouth-watering!
This recipe is quick and easy, requiring only three ingredients to make. I might add some ice cubes to thicken it a bit, but what can I say… it isn’t my recipe!
A watermelon drink provides a healthy dose of:
- Lycopene, a powerful antioxidant
- Vitamin A, to improve eye health and boost immunity
