High Protein Meal Replacement Shake Recipe

  • 10 oz. water
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 scoops vanilla meal replacement powder
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls vanilla yogurt

Blend water and bananas, then add remaining ingredients to running blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour and enjoy!
