So, I am getting into protein shakes after I workout now. But a friend told me he puts his regular ingredients in, and a half cup of oatmeal. What does oatmeal do in an oatmeal protein shake?
He said it makes you bigger? Is is just a healthy choice or does it like, fuel protein or something crazy I wouldn’t know about.
Thanks in advance for any information you can give me on the possible benefits of an Oatmeal Protein Shake over a regular protein shake.
