A true Strawberry Smoothie Recipe includes only a few basic ingredients: Strawberries, Ice, and Milk, Ice Cream or Yogurt. This recipe uses four of those ingredients, plus some Sweet & Low.
You can add ingredients to this, in the form of other fruits. If you add bananas, then it becomes a Banana Strawberry Smoothie. If you add Mango, it becomes a Mango Strawberry Smoothie. But in its purest format, all it takes are strawberries.
Strawberries are packed full of vitamins — mainly vitamin C — plus Iron and Manganese. They feed you carbohydrates, yet are quite low on the glycemic index.

- 1 cup Milk
