2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 cups pure pomegranate juice (fresh squeezed or bottled fresh)
2 large bananas
Peel the two bananas, cut them into chucks, place on a small plate and put in freezer, along with the other two ingredients. Let the ingredients chill well in the freezer for 15 minutes. Pour juice into a blender, add yogurt and bananas, and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
